We leverage cutting-edge technology, including space-based environmental data, to provide personalized housing recommendations tailored to unique needs and priorities. Our goal is to make the search for a suitable home less stressful and more informed.
Nexity integrates data from leading space programs like Europe's Copernicus. This includes:
- Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS): Provides data on air quality, including pollutants like particulate matter, ozone, and nitrogen dioxide. This helps us identify areas with cleaner air.
- Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S): Offers information on climate variables, including temperature data that can indicate heat island effects or areas prone to heat stress.
- Copernicus Land Monitoring Service (CLMS): Delivers data on land cover, green urban areas, and imperviousness. This helps us assess proximity to green spaces and understand urban density which can correlate with noise levels.
By analyzing this data alongside user preferences, we generate a "Well-Being Score" for properties, offering insights into potential environmental stressors.
